Reasons not to buy Realme Phones
But i have found some issues which needs to be considered whether it is software or hardware. So talking about hardware there is some hardware failure issues like all other phones but there is bit more. Actually the major problem is in software or Operating System which is used in realme phones named as Realme UI.
Realme UI is modified
version of Colour OS 7 both are same just Interface are different. In Realme
phones after every software updates they introduce new bugs or errors instead
to removing previous bug. I'll tell you one major bug which is If you deny any
app to access Internet data or Wifi they can still access your internet
connection without your permission. Realme also started to display ads in
system apps like Theme, App Store, Realme Browser. They have also started to
push bloatware apps as system apps. Some system apps are accessing unnecessary
permission like Contact, Call Logs, Location and Storage etc. After banning
dangerous chinese apps in india, app like clean master they are still using in their
system these apps may be removed in future but it is important for our privacy.
Not just some apps are chinese but complete realme phone is chinese brand and i
think no one will trust to these chinese brand. At least 6 to 7 system apps are
useless and you can't remove it until and unless you root your phone. They
don't allow you to disable any system apps. Memory management is also not good;
apps consumes more memory or space that's why some times apps gets freeze or
crashed.
Giving feedback to realme
community is also useless they don't notice to our valuable feedback or
suggestions and if in case they read our feedback then they reply with useless
solution and tips which don't work.
For every feedback or suggestion they send this repetitive message.
Realme's after sell service is very bad. Realme Phones are not good. This is my opinion!
