Feedback Benefits
What do we mean by feedback?
Feedback is nothing but response from the customer or stack holders of any product after sell.
Feedback is not mandatory to give but it helps the developer/maker/sellers to improve product quality or solve the product issues in next release/delivery which also helpful for us. Giving feedback is your right in which you can claim for good product or service
We can say that it is final testing phase conducted by customer or user. feedback helps to judge the quality of any product, software, service, shop, hotel, college etc.
Let's take one real life example if u want to buy smart phone you first check the specifications and then feedback given by other customers and based on that you decide whether to buy that product or not. Same concept is applicable for any kind of things such as software(Apps, OS), hardware, restaurant, movie, post/blog etc.
For feedback the sellers provide standard feedback/comment section which can be apps, mailing, paper pen, voice talk, ranking etc. Don't give any feedback in such places where it cannot be noticed by developer, seller or service provider. If they did not notice your feedback they can't resolve your problem. Feedback does not include your personal information (such as contact, address, a/c number etc) except email id, if they ask for personal information then it is considered as fraud/fake.
Problem of product is noticed/resolved when the number of feedback are received on the same topic than it is considered as major bug or error in the product. And then development team work on that product to resolve that issue after that solved product are delivered to intended user. Feedback can also be treated as suggestion box.
